The Florida Goldcoast Chapter was the first chartered in Florida on January 19, 1940, and is part of the Southeast Section of The Ninety-Nines, Inc., International Organization of Women Pilots. The Southeast Section covers the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, New Orleans, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. There are now seven chapters in Florida.
